Your Skincare Pamper Routine

There’s nothing better than slipping on your comfiest pyjammas and slippers after a long and busy day – and the best way to end the day is with a skincare pamper routine. Our skincare experts have created the perfect routine to treat your skin, and your skin will guarantee to love it too!

Step 1
Cleanse your skin. Remove makeup, excess oil and impurities from throughout the day with a cream or oil cleanser. The cleanser breaks down any dirt and makeup left clogging up pores. We recommend using a cream or oil cleanser with a muslin cloth as this soothes and hydrates, whilst cleansing and exfoliating.

Step 2
Exfoliation. Only do this step once or twice a week as exfoliating your skin too much can cause irritation and redness. Try using a gentle face scrub or a AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) or BHA (beta hydroxy acid) to remove dead skin cells and reveal brighter and smoother skin.

Step 3
Treat. Once your skin has been cleanser and exfoliated, now it’s time to treat and nourish it. Target your biggest skincare issue e.g. wrinkles, dullness, hydration and choose a serum to match it. We recommend reading our What Do The Balance Active Formula Serums Do? post for the full information.

Step 4
Protect. The skin area your eyes is much thinner than the rest of your skin, so it’s important to use a specific eye cream. We love the Snake Venom Eye Cream to minimise wrinkles and dark circles, just gently pat in the cream with your ring finger until full absorbed.

Step 5
Hydrate. After cleansing and exfoliating, your skin can feel stripped and whilst a serum does help, it only penetrates the layers below the skin’s surface. A moisturiser like our Hyaluronic Moisturiser adds a surge of moisture to your skin without leaving it feeling greasy.
